Tankless Water Heaters

Tankless Water Heaters are also called instantaneous or demand water heaters, provide hot water only as it is needed. Traditional storage water heaters produce standby energy losses that cost you money. We do not leave our homes heated while vacationing. We only heat our homes when there is a demand for heat. In the same way, a Tankless Water Heater is used only when there is a demand for hot water.

Benefits

  • Tankless Water Heaters have a life expectancy of more than 20 years.
  • Reduce water heating costs as much as 50%! Tankless water heaters heat entirely on demand only when hot water is needed. Since there is no hot water storage, thermal heat loss is almost completely eliminated.
  • Tankless water heaters are about the size of a briefcase (electric units)
  • Tankless heaters never run out of hot water - they can literally run all day long if necessary and they will never stop producing hot water since they heat water instantly on demand.

Tankless Water Heater Tax Incentives

Tax Credit is available up to 30% or $1,500 maximum of the total cost of the unit. To qualify the unit must produce a nominal input of over 50,000 BTU/hour up to 200,000 BTU/hour and a rated storage volume of 2 gallons or less.
